Refund policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must have tags still attached and untampered with.
• Items must be unworn, with no stains or damage; take care when trying on items to avoid the transfer of makeup, fake tan and white deodorant marks.
• If an item is returned to us and is not in a condition for resale, we will be unable to accept it and it will be returned to you, so be careful.
• Refunds processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
